THE WORD OF THE LORD CAME TO ME, SAYING- WHAT DO YOU SEE?  Author, Char Feldhusen.

Revised,9/30/22

The Word of The Lord came to me, saying- what do you see? In Exodus 3 :2 The angel of The Lord appears to Moses in a flame of fire out of the midst of the bush; and he looked, and behold the bush burned with fire, yet was not consumed. And Moses said, I WILL NOW TURN ASIDE AND SEE THIS GREAT SITE, why the bush is not burned.

AND THE LORD SAW THAT HE TURNED ASIDE TO SEE, AND GOD CALLED TO HIM OUT OF THE BURNING BUSH.

Did you catch that? When Moses said, I will turn aside and see - Then it says, when The Lord saw that he turned aside to see. That's when God called out to him out of the midst of the bush.

I think sometimes we take everything supernatural metaphorically. When really, we should ask The Lord to show us . Remember in 2 Kings, Chapter 6? Elisha knew all the plans of the king of Syria and he would tell them to the king of Israel. In vs 11 &12 ,the king of Syria called his servants, and basically ( in Char lingo! ) says ,"Which one of you guys is a traitor?", but they said, none of us.

Elisha the prophet is telling the king of Israel the very things your speaking in your bedroom. Wow! How did that happen? How did he get that information? I think today we would call that a word of knowledge. Then the king says go get him, seize him!

An entire army surrounded the whole city! (vs14) with horses & chariots, Yikes! When Elisha's servant sees this, He says, "Alas, my master! What shall we do?" Elisha says, "FEAR NOT!"

Fear not? There's an entire army out there! How can Elisha be so calm? What does he know that no one else knows? He says fear not; for those with us are more than those with them. Then Elisha prays, Lord, OPEN HIS EYES THAT HE MAY SEE. AND THE LORD OPENED THE YOUNG MANS EYES AND HE SAW, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all round.

God can close eyes, when people refuse to believe. And God can open eyes for those who are hungry and thirsty.

As it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day. (Romans 11:8)

Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back always. (Romans 11:10)

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. (Acts 26:18)

Holman' Christian Standard  Bible- Matthew 13:11; He answered them, “Because the secrets of the kingdom of heaven have been given for you to know, but it has not been given to them. 12 For whoever has, more will be given to him, and he will have more than enough. But whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. 13 For this reason I speak to them in parables, because looking they do not see, and hearing they do not listen or understand. 14 Isaiah’s prophecy is fulfilled in them, which says:

You will listen and listen,
yet never understand;
and you will look and look,
yet never perceive.
15 For this people’s heart has grown callous;
their ears are hard of hearing,
and they have shut their eyes;
otherwise they might see with their eyes
and hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts
and turn back—
and I would cure them.

16 “But your eyes are blessed because they do see, and your ears because they do hear! 17 For I assure you: Many prophets and righteous people longed to see the things you see yet didn’t see them; to hear the things you hear yet didn’t hear them.

Here are some examples in the New Testament where the eyes are not natural eyes, but spiritual eyes. (metaph. the eyes of the mind)

Luke 24:16; But they were prevented from recognizing Him.

Luke 24:30;It was as He reclined at the table with them that He took the bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. 31 Then their eyes were opened, and they recognized Him, but He disappeared from their sight. 32 So they said to each other, “Weren’t our hearts ablaze within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining the Scriptures to us?

Amplified Classic Version:1 Corinthians 2:9;

Why am I going to such great lengths? Because we have to have the revelation. There are natural eyes and spiritual eyes.

But, on the contrary, as the Scripture says, What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, [all that] God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him []who hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed].

10 Yet to us God has unveiled and revealed them by and through His Spirit, for the [Holy] Spirit searches diligently, exploring and examining everything, even sounding the profound and bottomless things of God [the [divine counsels and things hidden and beyond man’s scrutiny].

11 For what person perceives (knows and understands) what passes through a man’s thoughts except the man’s own spirit within him? Just so no one discerns (comes to know and comprehend) the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.

12 Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.

13 And we are setting these truths forth in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the [Holy] Spirit, combining and interpreting spiritual truths with spiritual language [to those who possess the Holy Spirit].

14 But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God, for they are folly (meaningless nonsense) to him; and he is incapable of knowing them [of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them] because they are spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated.

15 But the spiritual man tries all things [he examines, investigates, inquires into, questions, and discerns all things], yet is himself to be put on trial and judged by no one [he can read the meaning of everything, but no one can properly discern or appraise or get an insight into him].

16 For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.

Can we as children of The Most High ask for our spiritual understanding to be enlightened? Oh, there is a Holy Spirit inspired prayer that I believe will open our eyes to our inheritance. It is Ephesians1:17-24

Ephesians 1:17 -23. Amplified Version

17 [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,

18 By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones),

19 And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength,

20 Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places],

21 Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come.

22 And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church [a headship exercised throughout the church],

23 Which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who fills everything everywhere with Himself].

Translated Words

KJV (11) - bring to light, 2; enlighten, 2; give light, 2; illuminate, 1; light, 1; lighten, 2; make to see, 1;

NAS (12) - bring to light, 2; brought, 1; enlightened, 3; enlightens, 1; illumine, 1; illumined, 2; illumines, 1; light, 1;

Isn't that beautiful? Its illumination. He brings light. To enlighten spiritually and imbue with saving knowledge.

My point is that we can all be illuminated with His light. We can have heavenly visions. Just like when Elisha prayed for his servant to see the things not seen with the natural eyes. The Lord opened his eyes, and he saw.

So what does it take to have our eyes opened? I believe it takes desperation; not being satisfied with where are spiritually. A love of God that just wants to know Him, pursue Him, and, speaking plainly, to be consistent with Him and show Him we mean business and we are not just casual observers. That He is our first love.

Exodus 33 is such an amazing encounter with God. Look at the conversation Moses had with The Lord (and that The Lord had with Moses). I think we should remind The Lord that he is not a respecter of persons.

Holman Christian Standard Bible.  Exodus 33:7-

Now Moses took a tent and set it up outside the camp, far away from the camp; he called it the tent of meeting. Anyone who wanted to consult the Lord would go to the tent of meeting that was outside the camp. Whenever Moses went out to the tent, all the people would stand up, each one at the door of his tent, and they would watch Moses until he entered the tent. When Moses entered the tent, the pillar of cloud would come down and remain at the entrance to the tent, and the Lord would speak with Moses. 10 As all the people saw the pillar of cloud remaining at the entrance to the tent, they would stand up, then bow in worship, each one at the door of his tent. 11 The Lord spoke with Moses face to face, just as a man speaks with his friend. Then Moses would return to the camp, but his assistant, the young man Joshua son of Nun, would not leave the inside of the tent.

The Lord’s Glory

12 Moses said to the Lord, “Look, You have told me, ‘Lead this people up,’ but You have not let me know whom You will send with me. You said, ‘I know you by name, and you have also found favor in My sight.’ 13 Now if I have indeed found favor in Your sight, please teach me Your ways, and I will know You and find favor in Your sight. Now consider that this nation is Your people.”

14 Then He replied, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”

15 “If Your presence does not go,” Moses responded to Him, “don’t make us go up from here. 16 How will it be known that I and Your people have found favor in Your sight unless You go with us? I and Your people will be distinguished by this from all the other people on the face of the earth.”

17 The Lord answered Moses, “I will do this very thing you have asked, for you have found favor in My sight, and I know you by name.”

18 Then Moses said, “Please, let me see Your glory.”

19 He said, “I will cause all My goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim the name Yahweh before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.” 20 But He answered, “You cannot see My face, for no one can see Me and live.” 21 The Lord said, “Here is a place near Me. You are to stand on the rock, 22 and when My glory passes by, I will put you in the crevice of the rock and cover you with My hand until I have passed by. 23 Then I will take My hand away, and you will see My back, but My face will not be seen.”

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. (2Co 4:18)

The word of the LORD came to me: "What do you see, Jeremiah?" "I see the branch of an almond tree," I replied.

The LORD said to me, "You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled." The word of the LORD came to me a second time saying, "What do you see?" And I said, "I see a boiling pot, facing away from the north." (Jer. 1:11-13)

Then the LORD said to me, "What do you see, Jeremiah?" And I said, "Figs, the good figs, very good; and the bad figs, very bad, which cannot be eaten due to rottenness." (Jer. 24:3)

The LORD said to me, "What do you see, Amos?" And I said, "A plumb line." Then the Lord said, "Behold I am about to put a plumb line In the midst of My people Israel. I will spare them no longer *. (Amos 7:8)

He said, "What do you see, Amos?" And I said, "A basket of summer fruit." Then the LORD said to me, "The end has come for My people Israel. I will spare them no longer *. (Amos 8:2)

He said to me, "What do you see?" And I said, "I see, and behold, a lampstand all of gold with its bowl on the top of it, and its seven lamps on it with seven spouts belonging to each of the lamps which are on the top of it; (Zech. 4:2)

And he said to me, "What do you see?" And I answered, "I see a flying scroll; its length is twenty cubits and its width ten cubits." (Zech. 5:2)

Daniel 7-9 - Daniel's vision

In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel saw a dream and visions in his mind as he lay on his bed; then he wrote the dream down and related the following summary of it. (Daniel 7:1)

I want you to notice what Daniel said. He said he was looking in his vision. That is something necessary for us to see visions.

He also says, he kept looking. Ask Holy Spirit to sanctify your imagination- and to give you His visions and dreams. He gave prophetic dreams in the Old Testament, and part of the outpouring on the "Day Of Pentecost" is dreams and visions, as well as prophesy,

Daniel said, "I was looking in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the great sea. (Daniel 7:2)

"And four great beasts were coming up from the sea, different from one another. (Daniel 7:3)

"The first was like a lion and had the wings of an eagle. I kept looking until its wings were plucked, and it was lifted up from the ground and made to stand on two feet like a man; a human mind also was given to it. (Daniel 7:4)

"And behold, another beast, a second one, resembling a bear. And it was raised up on one side, and three ribs were in its mouth between its teeth; and thus they said to it, `Arise, devour much meat!' (Daniel 7:5)

"After this I kept looking, and behold, another one, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird; the beast also had four heads, and dominion was given to it. (Daniel 7:6)

"After this I kept looking in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrifying and extremely strong; and it had large iron teeth. It devoured and crushed and trampled down the remainder with its feet; and it was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns. (Daniel 7:7)

"While I was contemplating the horns, behold, another horn, a little one, came up among them, and three of the first horns were pulled out by the roots before it; and behold, this horn possessed eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth uttering great boasts. (Daniel 7:8)

Wow ! How awesome! He saw the Ancient Of days take His seat. His throne was ablaze with flames, and it's wheels were burning fire. Can you imagine seeing the "River Of Fire? flowing and coming out from before Him? Woa! He was seeing the Court Room of God, and countless angels.

"I kept looking Until thrones were set up, And the Ancient of Days took His seat; His vesture was like white snow And the hair of His head like pure wool. His throne was ablaze with flames, Its wheels were a burning fire. (Daniel 7:9)

"A river of fire was flowing And coming out from before Him; Thousands upon thousands were attending Him, And myriads upon myriads were standing before Him; The court sat, And the books were opened. (Daniel 7:10)

"Then I kept looking because of the sound of the boastful words which the horn was speaking; I kept looking until the beast was slain, and its body was destroyed and given to the burning fire. (Daniel 7:11)

"As for the rest of the beasts, their dominion was taken away, but an extension of life was granted to them for an appointed period of time. (Daniel 7:12)

Woa! He sees with the clouds of heaven - one like a Son of Man! That's Jesus !

"I kept looking in the night visions, And behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a Son of Man was coming, And He came up to the Ancient of Days And was presented before Him. (Daniel 7:13)

"And to Him was given dominion, Glory and a kingdom, That all the peoples, nations and men of every language Might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion Which will not pass away; And His kingdom is one Which will not be destroyed. (Daniel 7:14)

"As for me, Daniel, my spirit was distressed within me, and the visions in my mind kept alarming me. (Daniel 7:15)

"I approached one of those who were standing by and began asking him the exact meaning of all this. So he told me and made known to me the interpretation of these things: (Daniel 7:16)

Here. he gets the interpretation to this vison that distressed and alarmed him.

`These great beasts, which are four in number, are four kings who will arise from the earth. (Daniel 7:17)

`But the saints of the Highest One will receive the kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, for all ages to come.' (Daniel 7:18)

"Then I desired to know the exact meaning of the fourth beast, which was different from all the others, exceedingly dreadful, with its teeth of iron and its claws of bronze, and which devoured, crushed and trampled down the remainder with its feet, (Daniel 7:19)

and the meaning of the ten horns that were on its head and the other horn which came up, and before which three of them fell, namely, that horn which had eyes and a mouth uttering great boasts and which was larger in appearance than its associates. (Daniel 7:20)

"I kept looking, and that horn was waging war with the saints and overpowering them (Daniel 7:21)

until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom. (Daniel 7:22)

"Thus he said: `The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth, which will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and tread it down and crush it. (Daniel 7:23)

`As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings. (Daniel 7:24)

`He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time. (Daniel 7:25)

`But the court will sit for judgment, and his dominion will be taken away, annihilated and destroyed forever. (Daniel 7:26)

`Then the sovereignty, the dominion and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One; His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him.' (Daniel 7:27)

"At this point the revelation ended. As for me, Daniel, my thoughts were greatly alarming me and my face grew pale, but I kept the matter to myself." (Daniel 7:28)

Then I, Daniel, was exhausted and sick for days. Then I got up again and carried on the king's business; but I was astounded at the vision, and there was none to explain it. (Daniel 8:27)

while I was still speaking in prayer, then the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision previously, came to me in my extreme weariness about the time of the evening offering. (Daniel 9:21)

"At the beginning of your supplications the command was issued, and I have come to tell you, for you are highly esteemed; so give heed to the message and gain understanding of the vision. (Daniel 9:23)

"Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy place. (Daniel 9:24)

In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a message was revealed to Daniel, who was named Belteshazzar; and the message was true and one of great conflict, but he understood the message and had an understanding of the vision. (Daniel 10:1)

Now I, Daniel, alone saw the vision, while the men who were with me did not see the vision; nevertheless, a great dread fell on them, and they ran away to hide themselves. (Daniel 10:7)

So I was left alone and saw this great vision; yet no strength was left in me, for my natural color turned to a deathly pallor, and I retained no strength. (Daniel 10:8)

"Now I have come to give you an understanding of what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision pertains to the days yet future." (Daniel 10:14)

And behold, one who resembled a human being was touching my lips; then I opened my mouth and spoke and said to him who was standing before me, "O my lord, as a result of the vision anguish has come upon me, and I have retained no strength. (Daniel 10:16)

"Now in those times many will rise up against the king of the South; the violent ones among your people will also lift themselves up in order to fulfill the vision, but they will fall down. (Daniel 11:14)

Obadiah's Vision -

Thus says the Lord GOD concerning Edom-- We have heard a report from the LORD, And an envoy has been sent among the nations saying, "Arise and let us go against her for battle"-- (Obadiah 1:1)

Therefore it will be night for you--without vision, And darkness for you--without divination. The sun will go down on the prophets, And the day will become dark over them. (Micah 3:6)

The oracle of Nineveh. The book of the vision of Nahum the Elkoshite. (Nahum 1:1)

Then the LORD answered me and said, "Record the vision And inscribe it on tablets, That the one who reads it may run. (Habakkuk 2:2)

"For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay. (Habakkuk 2:3)

"Also it will come about in that day that the prophets will each be ashamed of his vision when he prophesies, and they will not put on a hairy robe in order to deceive; (Zechariah 13:4)

I wanted to share the many visions of The New Testament. Holy Spirit gave visions in the Old Testament as well as the New Testament.

As they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, "Tell the vision to no one until the Son of Man has risen from the dead." (Matthew 17:9)

But when he came out, he was unable to speak to them; and they realized that he had seen a vision in the temple; and he kept making signs to them, and remained mute. (Luke 1:22)

and did not find His body, they came, saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who said that He was alive. (Luke 24:23)

Now there was a disciple at Damascus named Ananias; and the Lord said to him in a vision, "Ananias." And he said, "Here I am, Lord." (Acts 9:10)

and he has seen in a vision a man named Ananias come in and lay his hands on him, so that he might regain his sight." (Acts 9:12)

About the ninth hour of the day he clearly saw in a vision an angel of God who had just come in and said to him, "Cornelius!" (Acts 10:3)

Now while Peter was greatly perplexed in mind as to what the vision which he had seen might be, behold, the men who had been sent by Cornelius, having asked directions for Simon's house, appeared at the gate; (Acts 10:17)

While Peter was reflecting on the vision, the Spirit said to him, "Behold, three men are looking for you. (Acts 10:19)

"I was in the city of Joppa praying; and in a trance I saw a vision, an object coming down like a great sheet lowered by four corners from the sky; and it came right down to me, (Acts 11:5)

And he went out and continued to follow, and he did not know that what was being done by the angel was real, but thought he was seeing a vision. (Acts 12:9)

A vision appeared to Paul in the night: a man of Macedonia was standing and appealing to him, and saying, "Come over to Macedonia and help us." (Acts 16:9)

When he had seen the vision, immediately we sought to go into Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them. (Acts 16:10)

And the Lord said to Paul in the night by a vision, "Do not be afraid any longer, but go on speaking and do not be silent; (Acts 18:9)

"So, King Agrippa, I did not prove disobedient to the heavenly vision, (Acts 26:19)

And this is how I saw in the vision the horses and those who sat on them: the riders had breastplates the color of fire and of hyacinth and of brimstone; and the heads of the horses are like the heads of lions; and out of their mouths proceed fire and smoke and brimstone. (Revelation 9:17)

The Whole Book Of Revelation Is The Many Things Thar Were Shown John.

Re 3:20 -

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.

A Beautiful Vision Of The Throne Room In Heaven Given To John.

Rev 4:1 -

After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this." Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne was standing in heaven, and One sitting on the throne. (Revelation 4:2)

And He who was sitting was like a jasper stone and a sardius in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald in appearance. (Revelation 4:3)

Around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and upon the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white garments, and golden crowns on their heads. (Revelation 4:4)

Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; (Revelation 4:5)

and before the throne there was something like a sea of glass, like crystal; and in the center and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind. (Revelation 4:6)

The first creature was like a lion, and the second creature like a calf, and the third creature had a face like that of a man, and the fourth creature was like a flying eagle. (Revelation 4:7)

And the four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within; and day and night they do not cease to say, "HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is THE LORD GOD, THE ALMIGHTY, WHO WAS AND WHO IS AND WHO IS TO COME." (Revelation 4:8)

And when the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, to Him who lives forever and ever, (Revelation 4:9)

the twenty-four elders will fall down before Him who sits on the throne, and will worship Him who lives forever and ever, and will cast their crowns before the throne, saying, (Revelation 4:10)

"Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created." (Revelation 4:11)

As We Muse On His Word. He Paints Those Revelations In The Eyes Of Our Hearts.

Can I pray for you?

In The Name of Jesus. Lord I thank You for (Eph 1:17-20 AMP) granting us a spirit of wisdom and revelation ( of insight into mysteries and secrets)in the deep( and intimate knowledge of You.

Thank You for flooding our hearts with light so we can know and understand the hope to which You have called us. To understand how rich Your glorious inheritance is in us. So we can know and understand Your immeasurable and limitless power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of Your mighty strength. Which You exerted in Christ Jesus when You raised Him from the dead. and seated Him at his own right hand in the heavenly places. etc.....

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. (Acts 26:18)

Can we as children of The Most High, ask for our spiritual understanding to be enlightened? Oh, there is a Holy Spirit inspired prayer, that I believe will open our eyes to our inheritance.

Ephesians 1:17; Amplified

Did you ever soak? Well, if you have! Yay!

But if you haven't, try it.

Get a worship cd. God inhabits the praises of His people.

Then ask Him. Lord, What do You want to show me?

Lord, What do you want to say to me?

You wont be disappointed! Have a notebook with you, write it down.

Your encounter will be amazing.

Doesn't He say his sheep hear His voice?

Well, listen! Shhhhh. Being Italian and a hairdresser, I have to say,

at first...that took divine help! But He did help me.

Wow! He loves us! He loves to talk to us.

Try soaking, if you never have. He's so amazing!

He will talk to you and He will show you things.

So , then. Look! What do you see?

You will see well! if you turn aside. Because, then. The Lord will call out to you.

In Jesus Name, Amen

ONE OF THE KEYS OF THE KINGDOM

I want to establish, that God shows the spirit, soul, and the body to be separate and distinct parts. To convey these truths, muse on these scriptures

For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12)

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Thessalonians 5:23)

the soul as an essence which differs from the body and is not dissolved by death (distinguished from other parts of the body)

As I was reading Romans. When I read this scripture. The Lord was like. Attention! You know how He

does that? Its so awesome.

Ro 1:9; For God, whom I serve in my spirit in the preaching of the gospel of His Son, is my witness as to how unceasingly I make mention of you

In Ro1:9; Do you see how He made a distinction? He made a point to say , he serves God in his spirit!

Is that really important? I think so! What's the big deal? Think about what Jesus said to the Samaritan women.

Jesus said to her, "Woman, believe Me, an hour is coming when neither in this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. 22 "You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 "But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. 24 "God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."

When Jesus perceived things. Isn't it interesting, how He perceived? It was in His spirit?

Immediately Jesus, aware in His spirit that they were reasoning that way within themselves, said to them, "Why are you reasoning about these things in your hearts? (Mark 2:8)

Sighing deeply in His spirit, He said, "Why does this generation seek for a sign? Truly I say to you, no sign will be given to this generation." (Mark 8:12)

"Keep watching and praying that you may not come into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." (Mark 14:38)

Look what Mary said about God. How she rejoiced!-And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. (Luke 1:47)

And the child continued to grow and to become strong in spirit, and he lived in the deserts until the day of his public appearance to Israel. (Luke 1:80)

Look at next scripture. Jesus is saying. That which is born of The Spirit------is spirit.

The reason why that is so crucial. Is because. A lot of people are trying to receive things, they need to receive from their spirits, with their minds. That will not work! You can not receive spiritual things through the mind. Rationalizing will only destroy the things of The Spirit, that has to come through our spirits.

We know that Isaiah 11 is about Jesus. Check out what it says. In vs 3. It says He will not judge by what his eyes see, or make decision by what his ears hear. How could that be possible? How can He have , then, the Spirit of The Lord rest upon Him? How can he have, the spirit of wisdom and understanding? The spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge, and the fear of The Lord? If He didn't see with eyes, or hear with His ears. How did He receive the things of The Spirit? Through His spirit. just like were supposed to!

Righteous Reign of the Branch

1 Then a shoot will spring from the stem  of Jesse,

And a branch from his  roots will bear fruit.

2 The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him,

The spirit of wisdom and understanding,

The spirit of counsel and strength,

The spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD.

3 And He will delight in the fear of the LORD,

And He will not judge by what His eyes see,

Nor make a decision by what His ears hear;

Everything He perceived, was out of His spirit, not His mind.

When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her also weeping, He was deeply moved in spirit and was troubled, (John 11:33)

When Jesus had said this, He became troubled in spirit, and testified and said, "Truly, truly, I say to you, that one of you

Did you ever wonder what Jesus meant when He said , He only does what He sees The Father doing?

Well how could that be? Because Jesus operated out of His spirit, not his mind. When He went to pray, He was communing with His Father, who showed Him what He needed to do. May I present to you? We can operate the same way!

John 5:19; Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner. 20 "For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will marvel. 21 "For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes. 22 "For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son, 23 so that all will honor the Son even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him

.

The spiritual key is this! Do you see how Nicodemus was trying to figure it out with his natural mind? It must have sounded absurd to him. He verbalizes that, when he says. I cant go back in my mothers womb. Jesus then tries to explain it to him. You have to be born of the Spirit Nicodemus. By The Spirit. Its a spiritual birth, not a natural one. The key is, when you learn how to operate out of the spirit, by The Spirit. Then you can walk as Jesus walked. How could Paul say in Ephesians 1:3. That The Father has blessed us in heavenly places In Christ Jesus? How could it be, that we are according to Ephesians 2:6, raised up with Him , and seated with Him in heavenly places? How could he say that?

Because we can operate in two kingdoms at one time. Just like Jesus did. Nope, that's not heresy! We died with Him, we were buried with Him, we are risen with Him, and now we are seated with Him. This is a done deal. We just have to learn how to walk in it.

Think about what he said in Colossians 3:1,2.

Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. (Colossians 3:1)

Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. (Colossians 3:2)

For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. (Colossians 3:3)

When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory. (Colossians 3:4)

while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18)

Well then! How can we look at those unseen things? How can we set our minds on things above, and not on this earth? The Holy Spirit. That's how. We do not realize how awesome He is! and what He longs to show us. ~1John 4:13,By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. That word abide is awesome! check it out!

1 Corinthians 1

And when I came to you, brethren, I did not come with superiority of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God. (1 Corinthians 2:1)

For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. (1 Corinthians 2:2)

I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling, (1 Corinthians 2:3)

and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, (1 Corinthians 2:4)

so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God. (1 Corinthians 2:5)9 but just as it is written, "THINGS  WHICH EYE HAS NOT SEEN AND EAR HAS NOT HEARD, AND which HAVE NOT ENTERED THE HEART OF MAN, ALL THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM." 10 For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. 11 For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, 13 which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.

14 But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. 15 But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. 16 For WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD, THAT HE WILL INSTRUCT HIM? But we have the mind of Christ. Do you realize that everything is under our feet? Are we not the Body? We have so much, that we don't realize unless we search for His treasures with all of our hearts. Eph1:22,23 And He has put all things under his feet and has made Him the head ( Do we have the mind of Christ?) over all things for the church, which is His Body ( did you grasp that? which is His Body) the fullness of him who fills all in all.

Because of what Jesus did for us. We can now walk like He did on the earth. Your thinking that's outrageous aren't you?

Do you know what it says in 1 John 4

15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in Him, and he in God. 16 We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 17 By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world. 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love . Okay, stop and muse. Did you see that? ~because as He is, so also are we in this world

Believers Are Dead to Sin, Alive to God- Romans 6

1 What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase? 2 May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it? 3 Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, 6 knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; 7 for he who has died is freed from sin.

8 Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, 9 knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him. 10 For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. 11 Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts, 13 and do not go on presenting the members of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. 14 For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

So how do we walk like Jesus did? Do you know He was baptized in The Spirit ? and that He didn't do any of His earthly ministry until that happened?

Mark 1:7;

"After me One is coming who is mightier than I, and I am not fit to stoop down and untie the thong of His sandals. 8 "I baptized you with water; but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit."

The Baptism of Jesus

9 In those days Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. 10 Immediately coming up out of the water, He saw the heavens opening, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon Him; 11 and a voice came out of the heavens: "You are My beloved Son, in You I am well-pleased."

The Spirit came upon Him, and what happened next? Jesus' Public Ministry

Luke 4

14 And Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about Him spread through all the surrounding district. 15 And He began teaching in their synagogues and was praised by all.

16 And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read. 17 And the book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And He opened the book and found the place where it was written,

18 "THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME,

BECAUSE HE ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR.

HE HAS SENT ME TO PROCLAIM RELEASE TO THE CAPTIVES,

AND RECOVERY OF SIGHT TO THE BLIND,

TO SET FREE THOSE WHO ARE OPPRESSED,

19 TO PROCLAIM THE FAVORABLE YEAR OF THE LORD."

20 And He closed the book, gave it back to the attendant and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on Him. 21 And He began to say to them, "Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.

Do you realized that Peter, after he was filled with The Spirit , was a different person? Do you realize that once they were filled with The Spirit ( apart from ministering under or with Jesus) all began to walk in signs and wonders? Did you know Jesus commanded them to wait in Jerusalem to be endued with power?

Acts 1:4; Gathering  them together, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for what the Father had promised, "Which," He said, "you heard of from Me; 5 for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now."

The Day of Pentecost -Acts 2. The Amplified Version

And when the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all assembled together in one place,

When suddenly there came a sound from heaven like the rushing of a violent tempest blast, and it filled the whole house in which they were sitting.

And there appeared to them tongues resembling fire, which were separated and distributed and which settled on each one of them.

And they were all filled (diffused throughout their souls) with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other (different, foreign) languages (tongues), as the Spirit [a]kept giving them clear and loud expression [in each tongue in appropriate words].

14 But Peter, standing with the eleven, raised his voice and addressed them: You Jews and all you residents of Jerusalem, let this be [explained] to you so that you will know and understand; listen closely to what I have to say.

15 For these men are not drunk, as you imagine, for it is [only] the third hour (about 9:00 a.m.) of the day;

16 But [instead] this is [the beginning of] what was spoken through the prophet Joel:

17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, God declares, that I will pour out of My Spirit upon all mankind, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy [[b]telling forth the divine counsels] and your young men shall see visions ([c]divinely granted appearances), and your old men shall dream [[d]divinely suggested] dreams.

18 Yes, and on My menservants also and on My maidservants in those days I will pour out of My Spirit, and they shall prophesy [[e]telling forth the divine counsels and [f]predicting future events pertaining especially to God’s kingdom].

19 And I will show wonders in the sky above and signs on the earth beneath, blood and fire and smoking vapor;

20 The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the obvious day of the Lord comes—that great and notable and conspicuous and renowned [day].

21 And it shall be that whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord [invoking, adoring, and worshiping the Lord—Christ] shall be saved.

37 Now when they heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Brethren, what shall we do?" 38 Peter said to them, "Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 "For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself."

So what is the point I am trying to drive home? Ask the Lord. Lord, am I doing anything from my soulish area, that I need to doing from my spirit? Look at this scripture. The Lord is with your spirit, and that affects your soul ( mind, will, emotions) Which then affects your body.

Galatians 6:18 - The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brethren. Amen

You cant be born again in your spirit, except by The holy Spirit. You cant operate in the gifs , except by The Holy Spirit. You cant earn the gifts, you in yourself are not worthy of anything , including salvation. But our amazing Lord Jesus Christ. Placed upon us His righteousness, and did everything we couldn't do, so we can walk in Him. In Him we live and move and have our being.

The New Birth

1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews; 2 this man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him." 3 Jesus answered and said to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God."

4 Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born, can he?" 5 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the  kingdom of God. 6 which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 "Do not be amazed that I said to you, `You must be born again.' 8 "The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit."

So, in conclusion, we must grasp who we are in Him. That it is Christ in us. The hope of glory. That the Kingdom of God is within us. ( in our spirits) Now, our spirits are perfect. And its the word of God, mixed with the Holy Spirits revelation of the Logos ( rhema) that helps sanctify our souls. Colossians 1:27 -to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. 28 We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ. 29 For this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within me.

Luke 17:20; And being asked by the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God cometh, He answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 neither shall they say, Lo, here! or, There! for lo, the kingdom of God is within you.

When we grasp this. then we can move out in all Jesus has paid for us. We will then allow Him to do through us the Great Commission

And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 "He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. 17 "These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."

19 So then, when the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. 20 And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them, and confirmed the word by the signs that followed.
